  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Milk.

  7. It's 1 cup of Dry Bread Crumbs.

Pork Schnitzel instructions

  1. Pound Pork Cutlets 1/4 inch thinner is good then cut small slits in sides to prevent curling.
  2. In large pan preheat to and add a thin layer of cooking oil.
